Neealah Fashion Return and Refund Policy

Requesting a Return
For U.S. orders, email neealah.fashion@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. For orders delivered in separate packages, the return window begins when the final package arrives.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of submitting your return request.

Item Condition
Returned clothing must be unworn, with original tags and the original clear garment packaging containing the SKU label. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items
Beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and items marked final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds
Returns typically require 5–7 business days for inspection after receipt. We will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method; your bank may require additional time to post the credit.

International Orders
We do not offer change-of-mind returns for deliveries outside the United States. Please contact us about damaged or incorrect items.
